We have two different email servers, so please follow the settings for your subscription plan. If you're not sure which plan you're using, call us. You should default to IMAP instead of POP3 email. IMAP keeps a copy of your email on our server whereas POP3 does not. Be prepared - we intend to discontinue support for POP3 email in the near futhre.

Standard       

  1. INBOUND Server: pop3.earthclick.net SSL: Checked (Enabled) Port#: 993/995. Your email client should default to one of these. Authentication by Password (User name and Password as supplied by us) Note: check your port setting - if it is port 25, inbound mail will NOT be delivered.
  2. OUTBOUND Server: smtp.oip.net SSL: Checked (Enabled) - port 465 TLS: Checked or not - port 587 Authentication by Password  - use the same user name and password as INBOUND

Enhanced (SMTP3)     

  1. INBOUND Server: smtp3.earthclick.net SSL: Checked (Enabled) Port# 993/995 (should default to one of these.) Authentication by Password (User name and Password as supplied by us) Note: check your port setting - if it is port 25, inbound mail will NOT be delivered.
  2. OUTBOUND Server: smtp-gw3.earthclick.net SSL: Checked (Enabled) - port 465 TLS: Checked or not - port 587 Authentication by Password - use the same user name and password as INBOUND.
